Multistakeholder dialogues are very much part of the Dutch way of doing business; Herman Mulder has been moderating many if such meetings at the requests of companies and NGOs alike; topical subjects included more recently “food labelling”, “rights of indigenous people”, “Development Impact Bonds”, “launch if the Dutch SDG Charter “. As a Fellow of Nyenrode Business Universiteit he moderated high level dialogues on themes such as “ purpose of the corporation” , “making markets fit for sustainable purpose”, “effective value chains”. In his role as interim-chairman of the Nyenrode Corporate Governance Institute he lead the monthly meeting of academic members.
